Collin is originally from Toronto (the centre of the universe!), but has been living in Victoria for 9 years. He\u2019s been an English language teacher for 12 years and has been at KGIC since 2011. He enjoys teaching students of all levels, from all over the world, and from various backgrounds.<\/span><\/div>\n
Collin\u2019s favourite classes to teach are Grammar, Reading and Writing. He says that the learning English grammar is like solving puzzles. He also enjoys read-ing and writing, and he passes on that enjoyment to his students in class.<\/span><\/div>\n
When not teaching, Collin likes to take advantage of the beautiful rainforests of Vancouver Island and goes hiking. \u201cI miss the snow in the winter, but I prefer the weather here because you can be outside all year round.\u201d He also likes sitting in a warm pub and is teaching himself how to play the ukulele.<\/span><\/div>\n
